Daiwa Roynet Hotel Chiba-chuo

Very close to the train station. The rooms are Japan size but they make best use of the small space so you feel comfy. I love the facilities. What makes this hotel stand out though is the customer service! We hadn’t slept in over a day because red eye flights and they accommodated early check in and were so kind and under standing that we were a bit groggy and slow. Great staff nice hotel and convenient location.

I have been here for 4 days now and I really like this hotel. Room is really nice with decent size bed and bathroom is actually quite cool. All rooms have air con and high speed WiFi access as well as Ethernet port. My has a fridge and humidifier too. One complaint that I have is that the room has almost no storage available for clothes. It has 1 rail but that is all that's suppose to be used for your clothes. When visiting for 1 night that's probably OK but when you are here for 30 it may become a problem. Overall I really like it though and food that is served for breakfast in the restaurant below is very nice too.

Very comfortable stay and high quality service The location is convenient, very close to metro The breakfast is good , there has coin washing machine, it is so nice. 711 is right opposite to the hotel, it is very good to grab food, overall very nice to visit! One more point to add: there are free skincare and face mask for travellers to get, it is so good for short stay travellers!

I am staying now for two weeks in this hotel and until now I enjoy it. I got the Superior double room with a total surface of 23m². The room itself is not very big, but the bathroom is kinda Japanese style witch contains a bath to sit, but also has a ceiling mounted shower head. Shampoo, body wash and conditioner is supplied. If you want to take the complementary coffee, tea or shavers, you have to go down to the second floor at the reception. On the 9th floor there are coin operated washing machines with drying function and on another floor the vending machines. The breakfast is being served on the ground floor in the restaurant. It offers a variety of different foods. You can pick a dish (fish, meat or veggies) which is prepared by the cook and the rest is buffet style. In the room you find enough USB charging points, air-conditioning, small window with a bad view and a proper desk with office chair. Also a kettle, cups and a small fridge is available to use in the room. The reception on the second floor is accessible by stairs and elevator. I hate the fact the elevator makes a mandatory stop on the second floor, so I always take the stairs to the second floor and take the elevator from there ;)

Good place to stay if you arrive late in the day and are headed to Tokyo station for the shinkansen bullet trains. Typical Tokyo Japanese businesses hotel size, so not bad if you're doing a short stay. Very clean rooms, has a ceiling waterfall shower. Very close to chiba chuo station (across the street) but to transfer to the keisei line, it's a 10 min walk to the south exit of chiba station and up a flight of stairs, so be mindful if you have a lot of luggage.

Great location - front is station and starbucks, to the right is a convenience store, to the left are some restaurants. Rooms are bigger than usual business hotels. Love the design of the bathroom - no steam unnecessarily goes out to the room when you use hot water. Women gets free face masks during winter season 👍 Not a fan of the bed though. It's spacious but not a little hard to sleep on.
